Meet Our CEO
Princess Davidson is a Co-Founder and the Group Chief Executive Officer of Earthmedia Communications, Em-Consult and Services, and Em-CareAcademy, all based in Lagos, Nigeria. As the CEO, she is responsible for creative strategy formulation and implementation, showcasing her significant experience in business management.
Princess Davidson is an ambitious entrepreneur who fearlessly ventures into new markets, starts new businesses, and leads her team of professionals toward achieving common goals.
With over 23 years of professional experience in administration and HR practices, she has developed a strong expertise in HR policies and training. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master’s degree in Physics Electronics with Telecommunications from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA).
Princess Davidson is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Science Technology and is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). Additionally, she is a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (Dr FCIHRM).
